TERMS OF USE

The operating rules for listening to the shared, scheduled 2 AM Club transmission.

NOT YET EFFECTIVE. This is an operational draft for launch preparation. It has not been approved by counsel and does not claim legal sufficiency.

01 / THE SERVICE

Oasis Radio currently provides one Cairo-only beta Station: 2 AM Club, hosted by Cairo the Mask. It is a programmed, shared-timeline radio transmission. Everyone joins the Program Item already airing at the same scheduled position.

Oasis Radio is not an on-demand music library. Personal Song selection, private skipping, pausing, downloading, and private resume positions are unavailable. Receiver Power controls what you hear; it does not stop or move the shared schedule.

02 / COLLECTIVE SKIP

When the connected beta backend is available, an eligible listener may cast one Skip Vote for the current Program Item. Skip is a collective Station action. A vote does not guarantee an immediate change or a particular next Song, and no listener receives a private skip.

03 / PERSONAL LISTENING

The beta is offered for personal listening. Do not rip, copy, download, rebroadcast, scrape, bypass controls, or interfere with the Station, media delivery, shared timeline, or access controls.

Programming, tracks, features, and availability may change or go offline without notice, including for rights, reliability, or free-tier operating reasons.

04 / MUSIC RIGHTS

Copyright and other rights in each Song, sound recording, composition, name, and credit remain with their respective owners. Access to the radio does not transfer any ownership or license beyond ordinary personal listening through the service.

05 / NO UPLOADER OR ROYALTY PROGRAM

This Cairo-only beta has no public upload, artist-submission, paid-placement, monetization, revenue-sharing, or stream-royalty program. Oasis Radio is not offering terms to outside artists through this listener page.

A product statement about the current beta cannot waive rights held by any person or organization.

06 / DRAFT STATUS

This draft intentionally does not claim final governing-law, warranty, liability, dispute, or enforceability language. Those terms require counsel review before public release. Continued local testing does not make this draft effective.
