02 / WHAT TO SEND

To help Oasis Radio investigate a copyright claim, provide:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work you believe is affected.
  2. The title and direct URL or other precise location of the challenged material.
  3. Your name and reliable contact information.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or law.
  5. A statement that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the owner, under penalty of perjury.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

03 / WHAT OASIS RADIO DOES

A reasonably identified challenged track is quarantined while the claim and existing permission record are reviewed. Oasis Radio preserves the notice and rights evidence, removes the track from the active catalog through the controlled release path, and restores it only after the conflict is resolved.

This page is an operational contact process. Oasis Radio does not claim that it is a registered DMCA agent, that it has completed a DMCA designation, or that this page creates Section 512 safe-harbor protection.

The current beta catalog is selected and prepared for deployment by Cairo the Mask. It has no public uploader, artist-submission, or listener-account system. A copyright contact does not replace track-by-track master and composition clearance.
